The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the highway vignette, whose qualities and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER has purchased electronically through the SELLER's website kapitoll.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The purchased vignette will be sent electronically to the e-mail address specified by the BUYER after the payment process is completed. The validity of the vignette will begin on the start date selected by the BUYER during the purchase.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, services performed instantly in electronic environment and digital content are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for purchased highway vignettes. The BUYER declares that they accept this situation.
7.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and are informed about all preliminary information regarding the basic qualities, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the vignette subject to the contract on the website kapitoll.com and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
7.2. [Name of the Competent Court and Enforcement Offices] are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from this Agreement.
7.3. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is electronically approved by the BUYER.
